You can report the loss of your Hyundai Department Store card by calling 1588-4560 and pressing 1. After 20:00 until 8:00 a.m. the next day, the loss report is automatically processed through ARS.
In addition to reporting the loss of your phone, you can also go to [Department Store Card/Membership > My Card > Report Loss/Application for Reissuance] on the Hyundai Department Store website. Additionally, you can visit Hyundai Department Store and file a loss report. Please bring your ID with you when you visit.
