There are two login tabs. Prior to querying the national pension refund, select the relevant user or progress area and log in to the certificate.

Log in after selecting a simple certificate (personal certificate), joint certificate (formerly public certificate), or financial certificate such as Kakao Pay or PASS.

After logging in, select Apply for National Pension Refund Query on the main screen of the homepage.

You can see the screen like the picture by clicking on refund inquiry and application. If there is a refund that has been paid, you can inquire about the refund of the national pension as shown in the picture below. Here, you can inquire about overpayment or refund of national pension and health insurance premiums and apply for refund. Select the refund request item and click Apply below.
