The Ministry of Health and Welfare (Minister Cho Gyu-hong) announced that it will be recruiting participants for the 2024 senior job and social activity support project (public interest activity type, social service type, market type project group) from Wednesday, November 29 to Friday, December 29. .

The 2024 Senior Jobs Project will provide 1.03 million jobs, an increase of 147,000 jobs, the largest ever, to respond to various demands such as the super-aging society and the new elderly generation.
The projects being recruited this time are public interest activity type, social service type, and market type business group. Seniors over 65 years of age can apply for the public interest activity type, and seniors over 60 years old who need a job can apply for the social service type and market type business group. .

Applications for the 2024 Senior Jobs Project can be made in person or online from Wednesday, November 29. If an elderly person who wishes to participate in a job for the elderly calls the main senior job consultation line ☏ (1544-3388), the call will be connected to the agency closest to the caller’s location to receive detailed information.
In-person applications can be made at organizations that carry out job creation projects for the elderly, such as administrative welfare centers (district or ward offices), senior welfare centers, Korea Senior Citizens Association, or senior clubs within the city, county, or district of your address.
Online applications can be made through Senior Jobs Here (www.seniorro.or.kr), Bokjiro (www.bokjiro.go.kr), and Government 24 (www.gov.kr).
Participants will be selected in order of highest scores based on selection criteria such as income level, activity capacity, and experience, and the receiving organization will individually notify the final selection between mid-December of this year and early January 2024.
