The service fee consists of the total of travel fee, parts fee, and repair fee (technical fee), and each fee is determined as follows.
Please understand that for on-site repairs, the exact cost other than the travel fee will be explained to you by the engineer after the product has been inspected.

Travel fee: When an engineer travels for <paid repair>, the travel fee is 20,000 won regardless of whether the product is repaired or not. However, a travel fee of 26,000 won will be charged after 18:00 on weekdays or on holidays (Sat/Sun/Public holiday/substitute holiday).
However, if you purchase a product sold overseas, the applicable standards may be different.
Parts cost: This refers to the cost of parts required to replace parts during repairs. The price of parts includes 10% VAT.
