Today, I’m going to talk about how to download a copy of Shinhan Bank’s passbook, my favorite.
① Print a copy of Shinhan Bank passbook from the website 신한은행 통장사본
First of all, if you are using a laptop or PC, you can check it on the homepage. After logging in, click the ‘Personal’ menu at the top. If you are a corporation, select ‘Company’. There are 9 sub menus at the bottom. From here, go to ‘Additional Services’. 이베이스매뉴얼
Only online banking users can use the service, so if you are a member, log in by entering your ID/PW. You can also access using other means such as financial certificates, joint certificates, and solpass.
If LOGIN is completed, you need to find the MENU again to enter. Click ‘Additional Services’ at the top, and under ‘Certificate Issuance Service’, there is a Shinhan Bank Passbook Copy Print tab.
A list of all the accounts you have is displayed. If you look at the right side here, there are two options, Korean/English, you can select one. Depending on the type, English may or may not be available.
When selected, the bankbook copy image will appear on the screen immediately. Select the method you want from ‘Print Report’ or ‘Print Screen’ and it will be printed like this. As noted below, this may only be used for identification purposes. It seems that the certificate has no effect.
② Shinhan Bank mobile passbook copy
If you have a smartphone, it is also a good way to print a copy of the Shinhan Bank application passbook. This can be done by downloading the SOL app. Similarly, a login is required.
As soon as you enter, you will see your accounts at the top. Select the Shinhan Bank mobile passbook copy you want to draw from among them and press [3 dots] in the upper right corner. Then, a variety of menus will appear at the bottom. Please go to ‘View a copy’ in the 4th section.
The same image as the one you saw on the PC before appears. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom to save it as an album. If you want to print it, you can transfer it to your laptop and proceed.

You can easily use both PC and mobile to get a copy of Shinhan Bank’s passbook. However, there are people who do not use the app, so I will introduce the PC method slowly!
Get a copy of Shinhan Bank passbook through PC
First, go to the Shinhan Bank website! It is said that there is a website that looks just like Shinhan Bank through voice phishing these days, so please do not go through other links and search on Naver and enter right away! If you are logged in, you need to log in first on your PC, so please click the login button at the top to log in!
As a login method, you can log in directly with the app if you are using a financial certificate login joint certificate (formerly public certificate) / app.
Please use it in any way that is convenient for you. I use financial certificates frequently these days.
If you are logged in, you will be brought back to the main page. From here, go to the Inquiry > Deposit/Trust menu in the top menu.
If you entered as a deposit/trust, you will see a list of all accounts in Shinhan Bank. I have 3 bankbooks, so I can see 3 of them. Check the number of bankbooks you own and click the search button for the bankbook you want to issue a copy of. The amount I have in the bank is so small that it is covered with a mosaic, but the balance and total amount of each passbook are also displayed.
If you press the inquiry button and scroll down the screen, there is a button called “Print a copy of a bankbook in Korean” in the account information. Click this button, and if you need a copy of the English bankbook, just click the English bankbook on the right.
Then, a copy will come out just like the one on the front of the passbook! You can save a copy of this passbook once and use it again and again.
If you click the Print Report button at the top, you can print it out and save it as a file. You can save a file, save a pdf file, and print in order, and you can print and save a file in a convenient way.
Issuing a copy of Shinhan Bank passbook on mobile

If you log in to the Shinhan SOL app, the list of your bankbooks will appear on the main page. If you want to view another passbook, swipe it to the side. If you press the three-dot three-line menu in the upper right corner of the passbook you want to issue, the 4th menu called ‘View Passbook Copy’ appears. A copy will appear immediately by clicking on it, and you can save it as an image directly to your phone by clicking the Save button below. Also, if you need to send it to someone else, you can send it directly to KakaoTalk or e-mail by clicking Share!
