청년 월세 지원 신청방법If you are a young person between the ages of 19 and 34 who lives separately from your parents, you can receive monthly rent support. If you earn less than 60% of the standard median income, you can receive up to 200,000 won per month for one year.

Q1. If I move mid-term, will my support end?
A: No. Don’t worry if you sign a new monthly rent contract during the project implementation period (March 2024 to December 2026). If you apply for a change by submitting a new lease agreement, you can receive support for all 12 months of monthly rent.
Q2. I received the first youth monthly rent special support*, can I apply again?
A: Yes. Young people who have already received monthly rent support from the existing first project or local government project can also apply if the support has ended.
*The government carried out the first special support project for monthly rent for young people in August 2022. The special monthly rent support for young people being implemented this time is the second project.
